Outside Lot Lighting
Other than the four PGE lights, all other lighting services are the responsibility of the tenant. New showroom and both shop area overhead lights were replaced in late February 2021.
Night Security Lighting
There are four lights on PGE poles (street lights) in the back half of the property. These are rented and serviced by PGE.
To report and outage, you will need the MAP and Pole Number of the light with the issue.

The light for the North Property Entrance is serviced from the electrical panel in the North Garage strip, West garage, behind the decorative wall. The light is controlled by a photocell located on the outside wall behind the electrical panel. There is an on/off switch below the electrical panel that overrides (turns the light on) the photocell.
The three overhead light above the Display Lot are serviced from the electrical panel in the back south east corner of the display lot. They are controlled by a photocell mounted on that pole.
In addition, there are two lights on the corner of the main building that light the north side of the Display Lot. They are serviced from a circuit inside the data room in the back of the sales office. These lights are on a photocell.
One last light above the alcove on the Display Lot.
Display Lot Lighting
These lights are serviced from the electrical panel in the back south east corner of the display lot. They are controlled by a timer mounted on that pole.
Showroom Flood Lights
The floods are controlled by a timer box located above the fuse panel in the Main Garage.
Interior lights
Most interior light fixtures were upgraded in December 2014. For the most part the lights are T8 4 foot bulbs.
Many of the lights are controlled by motion sensors.
The Main Garage lights do not have switches and are controlled by the top fuse panel in the garage.
The Metal Building lights are motion sensitive.
Note: The landlord does have a supply of bulbs that are available for bad bulb replacement. Please contact the landlord for assistance.
