The heating and air condition units have all been maintained and serviced by Hunter Davisson.

It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep the units properly maintained. Should a problem occur with any unit, Hunter Davisson should be called by the Tenant to asses the issue and reported to the Landlord for action.

Main Facility

• Main Showroom
  • Unit 1 - Air Condition only roof unit - electric
  • Unit 2 - Air Condition/Heat roof unit - electric
  • Unit 4 - Heat only, Gas Furnace located in Conference room behind wall.
    Note: The main showroom is heated by two sources. A forced air furnace which has two vents in the upper wall and one vent that feeds into the upstairs business office. This is controlled by a separate programmable thermostat.
    The other source is an electric heat pump located in the southern roof mount unit. Air condition is provided by the two roof mounted units.
• Service Desk
  • Both Heat and Air Condition are provided by a roof mount unit controlled by a thermostat in the Service Desk wall. This unit also provides heat/air to the Business Office.
• Upstairs Sales Office
  • Heated is provided by a heat duct from the furnace that provides heat to the main showroom. It is recommended that this duct be kept closed as there is a good amount of heat that is naturally provided to this room.
  • Air Condition is from a roof mounted unit controlled by a thermostat in the Conference Room.
• Upstairs Executive Offices
  • Both Heat and Air Condition are provided by a roof mount unit controlled by a thermostat in the Owners Suite. This unit also provides heat/air to the mechanics restroom off the Service floor and the Customer Waiting room.
• Service Department
  • The Service Area heat is provided by two forced air gas units. One thermostat is located by the "man" entry door on the wall to the Parts area. The other is on the North wall.
• Metal Building
  • This area heat is provided by two forced air gas units. One thermostat is located on the West wall at the bottom of the stairs and the other is on the North wall.
• North Showroom
  • This room is heated by a forced air gas unit. The air condition is provided by a roof mounted air condition unit. Both units are controlled by a single thermostat on the East wall.
• North Garages
  • All three garages are serviced by a single furnace located behind the decorative wall in the Display Garage. The thermostat is on the East wall.
• Detail Shop and Wash Bays
  • This building has heat provided by a forced air gas unit. The thermostat is on the West wall under the furnace.
